Starting out in 1994, owner Tony Brammer established a micro handmade cake bakery in Worksop, Nottinghamshire. Initially trading at local markets, the business quickly expanded to trade at major food, craft and agricultural events the length and breadth of the country. Inspired by his passion for coffee and the growing coffee culture, the company added speciality coffee to its offerings in 2001. Being at the forefront of the coffee wave and having gained extensive experience, Tony opened his first shop, Piccolo Espresso Bar, in 2011. Now trading exclusively from these premises, the award-winning Piccolo’s has gained a high reputation for its handmade cakes, sourdough breads and roasted coffee.
